Each Graphic Design student was prompted to design a poster to pitch as a theme for the annual Senior Exhibit. The poster could either typographic or image based, but it must reflect the Graphic Design program, its students, and the Hergerger Institute of Design at Arizona State University, as a whole.
The intent of the typographic based poster is to reflect the intrinsic nature of each student and their chosen social issue topic as a part of the design program and within the community. The poster featured each students name, a list of all the social issue topics and "Integral Layers" all intertwining, forming the passions of young designers
74 students are featured in the poster, their names listed in the horizontal stroke of the L. Their social issue topics, ranging from the collateral consequences of a criminal record and the gender gap in clinical resaaerch to the NASA Psyche mission and the Colorado River Crisis, flow into the typographic form at the center.
(Enough about me)
